๐ฅ New Restaurant in Columbus โ Fiery Sky Asian Kitchen
This place has been open for a little while now โ finally tried it today, and the flavors are really good! ๐ Lemon Sour Fish Soup The broth is tangy and refreshing, the fish is tender, and there are tons of veggies โ every bite soaks up the delicious soup. Huge portion too โ enough for leftovers! If you canโt handle spice, this is a must-order. ๐ฅ Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables (Mei Cai Kou Rou) So satisfying! Classic savory-sweet balance, the pork belly is fatty but not greasy, and the skin has a nice fried crisp. The preserved vegetables soak up all the meaty flavor โ so good! As a northerner, I havenโt had the most โauthenticโ version, but I really enjoyed theirs ๐. ๐ถ๏ธ Dry Pot Pork Intestine The intestines are super chewy โ not tough, not too soft. Portion is generous. Since I like strong flavors, it went perfectly with rice. Might be too spicy or salty for those with milder taste buds though. ๐ Popcorn Chicken (Salt & Pepper Chicken) Crispy and juicy inside โ perfectly seasoned, not too salty or bland. Doesnโt feel greasy even after eating a lot. A great choice for anyone who doesnโt eat spicy food! We also ordered crispy fried pork strips and dry pot mushrooms, but forgot to take pics โ both were delicious too ๐. Columbus friends โ give this place a try if you get the chance! #ChineseFood #ColumbusEats #ColumbusFood #OSUStudentLife ๐ฅข๐
