Newly Opened Noodle Spot in Chicago Suburbs
I’ve been a little hesitant to share my “private canteen” — more people might mean I can’t get my fix! But since this new spot is still under the radar, I’ve been quietly eating here for two weeks straight.🙌😍 I’ve tried Hunan-style beef noodles at several Chicago Hunan restaurants, but their Spicy Beef Bone Noodles are truly top-tier! The beef bones are braised, then fried — deeply flavorful with a smoky char. The broth is clearly made with care — certified authentic by a Hunan local, and honestly even more generous than some places in Hunan itself. Four big beef bones! So addictive 😋 Their Spicy Beef Noodles and Three Delicacies Noodles are also locally approved as legit. They’re even planning to launch stir-fried crawfish (I shamelessly asked the owner for a taste — spicy, fragrant, delicious!). The Farmer’s Stir-Fry is incredibly rice-friendly — made with real Chinese screw pepper instead of jalapeños.😁👍 Lately, ordering noodles gets you free homemade pickles — so good I saved some to take home and eat with congee. Hoping they add more pickle varieties soon! New reopening promotion: VIP members get 10% off — DM if you want to join for free.
