⭐️This place is incredibly fresh! We happened to visit on a Wednesday, which was their salmon day—a perfect match for us salmon enthusiasts! We ordered a bunch of dishes, and the food came out super quickly. I’m sure we forgot to take photos of some items... but I can confidently say: anyone who hasn’t been to Yujo Nori is really missing out! We originally wanted to try the hamachi (amberjack) and Hokkaido sea urchin, but unfortunately, they didn’t have them in stock that day. ⚠️ Helpful Tip: Ordering more sashimi is a better deal—less rice, more fish, less chance of getting full too quickly, and more variety to enjoy! ❗️Salmon Omakase Set Sashimi: The freshness is off the charts—never gets old! Sushi: There are three different versions—I remember there was seared, regular, and fatty salmon. My sister preferred the original, but I thought the seared version was pretty good too. Hand Roll: The seaweed is tightly wrapped, and the taste is okay.
