Oklahoma City | All-You-Can-Eat Meat for $17!

As a meat lover who’s lived in the "rural" part of central Oklahoma for a while, I feel off if I don’t eat meat for a day! One day, while scrolling through maps, I stumbled upon a buffet restaurant with over 6,000 reviews and a modest 4.2-star rating. I went there on an empty stomach, thinking "it’s worth a try"—and ended up becoming a fan right away! This cost-effectiveness is a total blessing for meat lovers~ 🍴 Restaurant Reveal: Golden Corral – The Joy of a Chain BBQ Buffet This buffet called "Golden Corral" is a chain brand in Oklahoma City. It not only has locations here but also in Tulsa, Dallas (Texas), and Wichita (Kansas). With so many branches, it’s definitely got something going for it! The variety of dishes isn’t "dazzling," but it hits the mark for meat lovers—there are so many meat options that just looking at them makes your mouth water 😋: Must-try: Grilled Steak! It sizzles on a dedicated grill. Just tell the chef how much you want, and they’ll cut you a big piece. The outer layer has a light charred aroma, while the inside is tender enough to eat without picking out tough bits. The meaty flavor is so rich—I was starving and ate 3 big pieces in one go; pure happiness! Other meats are also satisfying: Turkey is juicy and tender, but unfortunately, the two types of pork chops are a bit dry; fried chicken in various flavors is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with juice oozing out when you bite into it—dipping it in ketchup is amazing; Besides meat, there are also "palate-cleansing sides" like salad, tacos, spaghetti, and pizza, but my eyes were basically only on the meat; The dessert section is a total "sugar overload": Cakes and ice cream are piled high, plus various small pastries covered in frosting—perfect for ending the meal with a sweet bite after eating meat~ 📍 Details You Need to Know: Environment, Price & Address In-store environment: Overall very comfortable! Most customers are locals, and everyone is focused on eating—no noisy atmosphere, so you can chat without raising your voice. The dining experience is very relaxed ✨; Great price: $13 for lunch, $17 for dinner (all taxes included!). Drinks are ordered separately, around $3.5 each. I had dinner, and the dishes were full; I’m not sure if lunch has fewer options, but being able to eat as much meat as you want at this price is a total steal; Save the address: 1501 SW 74th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. Just search for the restaurant name on navigation, and parking is easy too. Finally, to be honest: It’s not a "top must-try restaurant"—just an ordinary but solid buffet. Beef in the US isn’t expensive to begin with, but the key is you don’t have to grill it yourself (after all, not every home has a grill). It’s convenient and hassle-free, especially suitable for people like me who love meat but hate trouble~ I’ll definitely come back next time I crave meat! #Oklahoma #EatLotsOfMeat #OklahomaFoodExploration #FoodReview #FoodSharing
