I came to OKC mainly for the Wheels on Rails motorcycle adventure 🏍️, but since I was already here, I decided to stay a night and explore more of what Oklahoma City has to offer! If you ever find yourself in OKC—whether by chance or by plan—here’s a perfect one-day itinerary to make the most of your visit 👇 🌵 Must-Do Activities 1️⃣ Myriad Botanical Gardens 🌿 ($10.50 per person) A charming indoor garden with a surprising variety of plants 🌺. Don’t miss the gift shop—it even has a Jellycat plush section 🧸! So cute and clever. 2️⃣ Bricktown Water Taxi 🚤 Book online in advance ($13) or pay $15 on-site. A 45-minute guided boat tour along the canal—similar to San Antonio’s River Walk! Relaxing and informative 🏙️. 3️⃣ Wheels on Rails 🏍️ ($50 per person) The highlight of my trip! You ride a motorbike on real rails 🛤️—so unique! 👉 Book early online (currently runs through mid-May). Only available on select days. 👉 Fun, safe, and includes free photos 📸! 🍽️ Food & Drinks 1️⃣ The Chalkboard ☕ Beautiful, elegant, and modern—I was impressed! Must-tries: Soy Latte 💚, Crab Cake Benedict 🦀. Skip: Bread Pudding French Toast (just okay 😅). 2️⃣ Pho Lien Hoa 🍜 (Cash only!) Delicious Vietnamese pho! I ordered the Hu Tien My Tho—crystal noodles in a rich broth with tons of toppings. Their spring rolls were also crispy and yummy! 3️⃣ Arbuckle Mountain Fried Pie 🥧 A local recommendation! The peach 🍑 and chocolate 🍫 pies were delicious—very American, not too sweet. Expect a line—it’s popular! 💡 Final Tips Wear comfortable shoes 👟—there’s a lot to see!
