Oklahoma Surprise: Discovered a Hidden Gem Seafood Spot! 🦞

Who would’ve thought that in an inland state like Oklahoma, I’d find a seafood spot that completely redefines my idea of "delicious seafood"! I ordered takeout this time, so I don’t know what the in-store environment is like, but based solely on this batch of hand-held seafood, I can confidently say it’s the best I’ve ever had — even more amazing than what I’ve tasted in coastal cities! I used to travel frequently between Boston and Orlando (two coastal cities famous for seafood) for work and trips. I always thought the "freshness" and "deliciousness" of seafood couldn’t get better than those places, but this time Oklahoma totally proved me wrong 😂! The snow crab legs and shrimp here smell sweet and ocean-fresh just by peeling off the shell. The meat is firm and chewy, with a natural sweet aftertaste — no "frozen texture" or fishy smell that’s common in inland seafood at all. Even the shellfish, which are usually easy to overcook and taste fishy, are handled perfectly here: the meat is plump and bouncy, and you can’t stop eating one after another! The sauce is the absolute highlight! I chose the RC5 Garlic Butter flavor (it’s slightly spicy, which is super addictive later) — the rich buttery aroma mixed with garlic scent made my mouth water before I even opened the takeout box 🤤. The key is that the sauce is "rich but not overwhelming": it coats the seafood thoroughly without covering up the original freshness of the ingredients; instead, it enhances the natural sweetness of the seafood. I even licked my fingers clean after eating — it’s really addictive! And the value for money is a nice surprise too! One RC5 combo is just over $60, which is enough to feed two people until they’re full. I even wanted to take the leftover sauce home to mix with noodles! By the way, the restaurant is called Royal Crab (saying the important name three times!). To all the girls in Oklahoma, whether it’s takeout or dine-in, go for it without hesitation — this spot really delivers the joy of seafood in an inland city! #LocalFavorites #FoodDiary #HandHeldSeafood #Oklahoma #SeafoodGem
