Oliver's in Chicago – A Restaurant You’ll Regret Not Trying! 🍽️✨
This restaurant just opened this summer—under the radar but absolutely impressive! Thanks to my lovely junior for the recommendation! Over a hundred Google reviews, all 5⭐️—and well-deserved! Inspired by 1930s Los Angeles, the cuisine blends American + Italian flavors. It was originally a bar, so their cocktails 🍸 should be great! They recently added a dining section—decor is chic and perfect for dates! No disappointing dishes here—order with confidence! A place I’ll definitely return to. 🥢 Must-Try Dishes 🥢 1️⃣ Fluke Tartare – Light notes of grapefruit and citrus. Refreshing and delicate. 2️⃣ Half Chicken – Incredibly tender chicken with crispy skin. Paired with a delicious sauce—amazing! 👍🏻 3️⃣ Tomato Risotto – A must-order! Rich with cheese, incredibly fragrant. 👍🏻 4️⃣ Cucumber Salad – Crisp and refreshing, reminiscent of Chinese smashed cucumber salad. Loaded with sunflower seeds and crispy bits—great texture layers. 5️⃣ Coconut Key Lime Pie – My favorite! Light and refreshing cake with cheese foam and coconut flakes. Coconut + lime is a perfect match 💗 6️⃣ Oysters – Friends say they’re outstanding! Definitely trying next time! 📍 Oliver’s 1639 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60616 (Note: 20% service charge included. Service was excellent. ~$70 per person for 5 dishes.) #Chicago #FoodReview #ChicagoEats #DateNight #ItalianInChicago #ChicagoLife #FineDining
