The menu is short and sweet β very satisfying for those who hate endless choices. CARNE CRUDA β Tasty! The crackers were crisp, though the arugula was a bit wilted π₯¬. PAPPARDELLE β Squid ink pasta β OMG, insanely good π€―. Spicy, savory, and aromatic! Only downside: the noodles were wide and thin but not quite springy enough, and they were buried under mussels β so few of them π’. RAGU β Ribbon pasta with Parmigiano, meat sauce, and a small piece of flavorful steak (maybe trimmings from a steak? π). CONIGLIO β Rabbit loin, pork belly, prosciutto, mushrooms, and creamy polenta. Rich and comforting β like a gourmet version of creamy corn porridge.
