Ottawa's Longed-for Mango Sticky Rice
🥭Mango Sticky Rice (Mango in Coconut Sweet Sticky Rice) is a seasonal product of theirs, and it might not be available after summer. When I went to eat this time, the mango was perfectly ripe, very sweet, and almost without any sourness. The rich aroma of the mango was incredibly tempting. Plus, it was cut from a refrigerated mango, making it refreshingly delightful. The sticky rice is warm and topped with coconut cream, which is a perfect combination of texture and taste. Of course, eating the mango and sticky rice together in one bite is undoubtedly the best match 😁 ✍🏻️Apart from the mango sticky rice, we didn't order much else: 1️⃣Green Curry (Green Curry with Beef): ⭐⭐⭐ I personally feel that the general taste of red curry, green curry, and yellow curry is quite similar. If I had to say, green curry might have more layers of flavor because it's made with green chilies, which gives it a more refreshing taste, and it's sweeter and tangier. Gaeng Kaew Wan is green curry, and tofu is chosen as the protein, using tofu puffs. The staff recommended this when I was hesitating whether to order pineapple curry, saying it's her favorite. Green curry is made with fresh green chili paste, while red curry is made with dried chili peppers. Pineapple curry is a red curry. #HappyWithSweetFood #NoteInspiration #OttawaFood #MangoStickyRice #ThaiMangoStickyRice #CanadaLife
