🦪 Figs Tatin Et Seared Foie Gras Fig paired with seared goose liver, the portion is not large, and it's my first time trying this combination, which is not bad. I would prefer fresh figs for a more refreshing taste. 🦪 Duck Confit Ravioli The roasted duck meat is quite delicious, without any fishy taste, and it has a texture similar to eating steak. Served on Italian ravioli, the flavor is relatively light. 🦪 Seafood Risotto Many people on Google review recommend this. The lobster is good, but I find the rice a bit salty. 🥩The food is average; I can't really tell if it's authentic. The presentation is beautiful, and the restaurant has a strong atmosphere. In the Sharing Plate, we ordered a small portion of Focaccia and a Smoked Carrots, and a Prosciutto. 🥩Although it's a small portion, it's two large pieces as shown in the picture! Accompanied by black truffle butter, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it's incredibly fragrant. 🥩The Smoked Carrots are also amazing! The carrots have a smoky flavor and are very sweet. Served with hazelnut butter sauce, topped with Anchovy, mozzarella balls, and they are very delicious. 🥩I think the Prosciutto is average; you can skip this. It's not fishy, but it lacks a bit of flavor. #ItalianCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #AtmosphereRestaurant #Ottawa #OttawaFood #Gatineau #ShopExploration
