After running a fast‑casual spot for a while, Ryan got the itch to return to fine dining — and that’s how the wonderfully quirky Kids Table was born! Kids Table is set inside Big Kids, and the whole vibe is fun, unexpected, and full of personality. The chef even enters to Chicago Bulls’ intro music paired with a spinning disco ball — you can’t help but laugh and smile! ✨🎶 🫒 Caviar with Radish A clean, crisp start. 🦪 Oyster with Chive Butter Rich and briny, served with a playful soundtrack — yes, he pairs dishes with songs, and this one came with SpongeBob music! 🧽 🍞 Chicken Liver Toast The chef explained he uses pasture‑raised chicken liver from a farm that feeds its birds leftovers from a two‑Michelin‑starred restaurant.
