Pre-NFL Game Dinner ππ½οΈ
An absolutely fantastic dining experience at Capolinea β the signature restaurant inside Hilton Signia Atlanta, right next to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium! We were in town for an NFL preseason game and chose Capolinea for dinner. From the moment we stepped in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and the genuinely friendly, smiling staff set a truly positive tone for the evening π. Weβd heard about their famous martini cart πΈ, so we started with martinis expertly served by Beverage Director Evan. I had the Capolinea Martini, and my wife enjoyed their classic martini with olives and pickled pearl onions β the perfect beginning! Our server, Dom (or Dominique), was knowledgeable, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations π§Ύ. He made sure we had everything we needed. For appetizers, I ordered the Pane E Burro β olive focaccia, Italian bread, Sontini cheese, olive oil, and Calabrian chili butterβ¦ absolutely incredible! So good, I didnβt even want to share π . In fact, I ordered a second one to enjoy with my main course: the exquisite Creste di Gallo Bolognese β simply magnificent!! π¨βπ³π₯ My wife had the fresh and flavorful Branzino, which did not disappoint. Every dish β from food to dessert β was crafted with creativity and care. The chefβs unique flavor combinations were both surprising and delicious ππ. I highly recommend Capolinea, whether for a special occasion π₯, an NFL game day, or even a World Cup soccer event!
