UNESCO’s Prix Versailles awards recently named Inglewood’s Intuit Dome among the World’s Most Beautiful Arenas , granting it a “Special Prize for an Interior” to boot. The home of the L.A. Clippers opened not long ago in August 2024 to much excitement, gaining worldwide acclaim for its next-level design and technology. Here’s a closer look. Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, USA The arena is one of the most technologically advanced sporting venues in the world , with panoramic Halo boards and interactive seating areas. It’s designed with environmental factors in mind, utilizing rooftop solar, reclaimed water systems, and low-carbon materials. “Like the murals, digital art installations and sculptures crafted by LA-area artists that are scattered throughout the site, Intuit Dome is prepared to unveil to the world its vision of the arena of the future ,” wrote Prix Versailles in a press release. At the LA28 Games, Intuit Dome will be the main venue for Olympic basketball.
