📍 Monsoon Siam Long time no see, everyone! Haven’t recorded my proper meals in a while—been busy moving (or maybe just lazy 😅). Moving is such a hassle, and as luck would have it, my car broke down too. This already-struggling mouse is about to go crazy! 🐭💥 Over the last long weekend, I headed up north again and stopped by this little Thai spot in Madison on the way back. With my usual "I-want-to-try-everything" mindset, I went for their sampler tray—a big platter with a bit of all their signature dishes. The wait was a little long, maybe 20+ minutes, but the food was tasty and the portions were generous. With one drink between two of us, we cleaned the plate completely! 🍛✨ My favorites were the fried chicken and the beef. Even though it’s a Thai restaurant, the beef tasted exactly like Korean bulgogi beef LOL 😂. The fried chicken was super tender and juicy—delicious with any dipping sauce. The beef was drier and chewier, so maybe skip if you’re not into that texture. The fried spring rolls were good too, though not as amazing as Vietnamese fried spring rolls. Who says your "white moonlight" has to be a person?
