Recommendation for Dunwoody Wok Provisions

🌟This was my third visit, and my friend and I ordered six dishes for three people. We tried the Handsome Guy Tofu, Dry Pot Cauliflower, Drumstick Eggplant, Stinky Duo (stinky tofu + pork intestines), and they were all delicious. My vegetarian friend ordered the Dry Pot Organic Cauliflower. Although she thought she could make this dish at home, it turned out to be surprisingly tasty—crispy and fragrant, with chili peppers and fermented black beans. 🌟The Handsome Guy Tofu is named probably because the chef is handsome. It’s deep-fried on the outside and tender on the inside, coated with a flavorful sauce. It’s very appetizing and goes well with rice. ‼️The Stinky Duo had an unexpectedly large portion. The stinky tofu was indeed fried to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Sliced and mixed with wood ear mushrooms, it was a bit hard to spot. The pork intestines were thinly sliced, chewy, and free of any off-flavors. I really liked this dish—it was my first time trying it. The Stir-Fried Eggplant with Chili was spicy and aromatic. Although it seemed to lack century eggs, it still went well with rice. ‼️The calamari didn’t have much flavor and was heavily breaded. The braised beef tasted more like lamb. ‼️Every time I visit, I discover new and delicious dishes. Next time, I’d like to try the Chopped Pepper Fish Head. Would you recommend it?
