Restaurant Review|Italy|Rome Roscioli 🍝
Made a reservation on their website in advance, and only managed to get seats at the bar. The bartenders were super nice, warm, and patient 😄. 🍽️ Pan-Seared Cod with Pumpkin Purée I picked the fish from the off-menu specials of the day. Wasn’t expecting much, but after one bite, I was blown away! The fish was incredibly rich and tender, totally exceeding expectations. 🍝 Carbonara ❤️ A must-order at every table. The staff warned that it would take at least 20 minutes, but trust me, it’s worth the wait. The thick pasta was perfectly al dente, with a nice bite to it. Every strand was coated in the rich, salty sauce, and that first bite had me wide-eyed with surprise 🤩. The crispy pork jowl added the perfect crunch—it was pure flavor heaven. But be careful, after a few bites, the salty cheese can get a bit overwhelming, especially for those with smaller appetites (like the petite Asian girl sitting next to me 😅). So pace yourself! 🍰 Tiramisu ❤️ A bit sweeter than what most people in China might prefer, but for dessert lovers, it’s totally delicious. Honestly, it seems like it’s impossible to get a bad tiramisu in Italy! 🎉 The place was packed with both locals and tourists—definitely worth a visit if you get the chance. #Italy #Rome #ItalianFood #ItalianCuisine #PastaLovers
