Restaurant Review｜Joe's Seafood & Prime Steak 🦀🥩

I'm sure many of you in the US have tried Joe's—they've got locations in almost every major city! Been here a few times, mostly for stone crab (overall pretty solid—would recommend ordering the LARGE ones 🦀✨) The other day I was shopping downtown and dropped in again 🛍️ Since I was dining solo, they seated me at the bar—but I'd still recommend making reservations in advance! 📅 1️⃣ Petite Filet Mignon 8oz. $39.95 🥩 Nothing mind-blowing, but the quality is definitely there. However, the temperature control wasn't EXACTLY precise—I ordered medium rare, and it came somewhere between medium rare and medium 😅 So DEF recommend ordering medium rare for optimal texture! Since filet mignon comes from a non-weight-bearing muscle, there's less connective tissue, making it SUPER tender. Overall pretty decent! ⭐⭐⭐.5 2️⃣ Crab Bisque 🥣 $5.95/cup Probably the BEST crab soup I've EVER had?! 🤯 One sip and CRAB EXPLOSION in your mouth 🌊 The seafood + white wine, onions, garlic, veggies PERFECTLY balanced—savory sweet without being heavy at ALL. FIVE STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 3️⃣ Oysters Rockefeller 🦪 $17.95 for 4 These baked oysters swap traditional mashed potatoes for SPINACH PUREE—SO much less heavy while bringing out the oyster's natural sweetness 👏 Literally the BEST cheese-baked oysters IN TOWN. ANOTHER FIVE STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 As a chain seafood & steak restaurant, I've eaten at Joe's in multiple cities, and overall they maintain pretty consistent quality!
