🌟 Riu Plaza Chicago – Thank You for an Amazing Stay!!! 🏙️💫

This was our first time staying at a Riu Plaza Hotel — and also our first trip to Chicago all the way from Ireland! 🇮🇪✈️ We spent five incredible nights here, and from the moment we checked in until we sadly had to leave, everything was smooth, professional, and wonderfully welcoming. Our room (2116) was not only beautifully appointed but also spotlessly clean 🧼✨ — housekeeping truly deserves a shout-out! The bed was comfortable, the city views were inspiring, and we felt completely at home. The breakfast spread was fantastic 🍳🥐 — so much variety, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff ready to help each morning. It was the perfect start to our busy days exploring the Windy City! But what really made our stay special was the amazing staff 👏❤️. Everyone we met — from the front desk to the dining room — was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make us feel valued. We’re giving Riu Plaza Chicago a perfect 10/10 🏆 and can’t wait to return on our next visit to Chicago.
