Roma's Cozy Handmade Pasta Restaurant Next to the Trevi Fountain
Ah, Italy is truly the land of pasta! To be honest, it feels like you can walk into any place and get a delicious meal—every spot seems to be pretty good. But this one is extra special. The service, the flavors, everything is just exceptionally great. 📍 Ristorante Agrodolce Roma 🍽️ Menu 🐟 SALMONE SCOTTATO AL FORNO Grilled salmon with crispy potatoes and salad greens. I was thinking of getting a steak but was worried I wouldn’t finish it, hehe. But this salmon is really fantastic! 🍝 PAPPARDELLE CON RAGÙ BIANCO E ROSMARINO This is the waiter’s recommended beef and cheese pasta. It’s made with wide noodles, and the sauce is rich with plenty of beef. It’s so fragrant! 🍝 FETTUCINE AL TARTUFO DI STAGIONE My favorite—truffle! It’s incredibly aromatic, not greasy at all. The pasta is medium-thin, like rice noodles, and they’re all handmade. They’re just so delicious and don’t make you feel bloated! 🍷 CHARDONNAY CALICE This is also a wine the waiter recommended. I asked if it was her favorite, and she said she doesn’t drink it, but it’s the most ordered. Maybe it’s also the cheapest option? It’s a bit sour and astringent, probably a local specialty. 🤔 💶 Average cost: €20-30, depending on your choices. And guess what? They don’t charge a service fee! 🕐 Hours: 12:00-22:30. It’s a good idea to make a reservation in advance. #ItalianTravel #RomanHoliday #RomeTravel #RomeFood #RomeFoodRecommendations #RomePasta #TreviFountain #FoodieDiary #RomeRestaurants #MustEatInRome
