Rome|Yes, I’m a Wild Boar
Can’t really handle red wine and steak🍷. As the title says, I’ve been reflecting on this. When I was younger, reading novels, the cool CEO would always be cutting into a steak with red wine 🍷 on the side, a bit of sauce accidentally slipping onto the corner of their mouth. They’d give this smug, wicked smile and elegantly wipe it away. Now that I think of it, I must’ve been a bit 🧠 slow—what on earth was I even reading? 🍷🥩: If you’re sensitive to the smell of raw meat, I wouldn’t recommend trying it. It looks visually striking, but the taste? Not so much. I can’t even really describe it… maybe a hint of wine’s acidity. 🍝 Pasta's pretty good though 😌 It’s got that al dente bite, just a tad undercooked, but my iron stomach 🐗 handles it just fine. 🍅🦞 Risotto’s worth a try too. If you’re bringing your parents, this is the dish to order. As for the ham and melon, kinda disappointing. The ham was too moist; I prefer it when it's more cured and dry. The flavor of the meat was too strong, which makes it easy to get sick of 🐷. Near the Vatican, the indoor decor and atmosphere were really nice. From the vibes and the tableware, you could tell this was a classy place. The waiters and older gentlemen were like true gentlemen, with a bit of humor thrown in too. #HiddenGemRestaurant #ItalianCuisine #VibesOnPoint #100RestaurantChallenge #RomeFood #RomeRestaurant #VaticanEats
