@ Owner regarding stolen bag. I am the one who actually communicated with you after the theft incident. I really admire that you support and trust your staff which is an indication of a loyal manager! The TRUTH of the matter is that my sister’s bag was stolen while having lunch on the “terrace” of YOUR restaurant and considering that the only individuals who came in close proximity were your staff members, you should understand the suspicion that remains regardless. You, as the owner, or we as the patrons cannot determine if we actually saw the “thief”. We can only say we did not see the theft being committed while dining in an isolated corner of your terrace! You were not on the terrace to verify moves and are basing your assumption on your individual trust (which is admirable) not facts! Trust does not determine Truth. And, no we did NOT expect lunch to be offered. This is why I approached you to pay for her meal since all of her financial means were stolen. Being a victim of theft while patronizing an establishment detracts from the experience. I am rating the experience! Read moreI visited Alla Rampa dei Gracchi with a group of four people and, while the food was good, the overall experience was completely ruined by the atmosphere and the behavior of the staff.
First, a manager or kitchen supervisor loudly shouted at one of the cooks in front of everyone in the restaurant after a plate broke. This public humiliation created a very tense and uncomfortable environment for all customers present.
Even worse, my group experienced a disturbing episode of racism from one of the waiters. When we mentioned that we would be splitting the bill, the waiter mocked us, laughed, and made us feel deeply disrespected. As we were leaving, he laughed at us again, showing a total lack of professionalism and basic human decency.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. No one should be subjected to public aggression or discriminatory treatment in a restaurant, or anywhere. I hope the management takes this seriously, as it reflects very poorly on the...

As a tourist, food is only part of the equation. While the food was excellent, there was one server who was extremely disrespectful.
After she was informed the order was incorrect, the server rolled her eyes and slammed the dish at the service area. When she returned, she was extremely rude. After we told her that we did not make the mistake, and while we were calm throughout, she condescendingly told us to calm down.
We requested to speak to a manager, but we're denied the request. All the while, the same server continued to come by and laugh, scoff, gesture, and act as rude as ever. I cannot remember the last time I experienced such passive aggressive hostility.
I hope the management or ownership reads this. The date and time of dining was 5 August at 1300. The server was female and the only female working.
