Rome🇮🇹|Authentic Roman Restaurant Reviews ❤️

🍕 Cantina e Cucina: Expect a queue, but tables turn quickly. The Tonnarello carbonara and clam gnocchi are both worth trying—generous portions! The fried artichokes are incredibly fragrant, but the meatballs are just average. 🍔 Hedera - Osteria Contemporanea: Few Asian diners here. Highly recommend the steak with three pepper sauce—so creamy we came back two days in a row! 🥩Opt for at least medium doneness; medium rare releases too much blood, diluting the sauce. Just a 5-minute walk from the Church of St. Ignatius. 🍜 Regoli Pasticceria: Famous for its Maritozzo (cream-filled brioche)—lives up to the hype! The cream is light with a hint of lemon, perfect with coffee. Skip the cannoli—it’s overly sweet. 🍷 Borghiciana Pastificio Artigianale: The carbonara and prosciutto with melon are exceptional. The lasagna and pistachio tiramisu are mediocre (I’m not a fan of red sauce, but those who are should try the lasagna). 🍵Located near the Vatican, this tiny shop has only 5-6 tables. Arrive at opening (11:40 AM) or avoid peak hours to skip long queues. #RomeFood #RomanRestaurants #ItalyTravel
