Rome's 4.9 Google-Rated Crab Spaghetti | Quel che c’è
This unassuming local little restaurant, Quel che c’è, offers a delightful surprise with its pasta dishes! 🍝 Initially, I was craving lobster pasta, but the chef informed me they were out. However, they had crab, and it turned out to be an amazing choice. The crab meat was fresh and flavorful, and the pasta was al dente. If you’re not a fan of goat cheese, you might want to let the chef know in advance.❗️ The seafood pasta was loaded with an array of seafood—langoustines, shrimp, mussels, clams, and more. The pasta soaked up the rich tomato broth, complemented perfectly by caramelized onions—it was a true feast for the taste buds! 🦐 As someone with allergies, I’m always cautious with seafood, but I had no issues here, which means the seafood is definitely fresh! The prices are quite reasonable: seafood pasta for 16€ and crab pasta for 25€. There were no extra charges for bread or seating.❗️ The restaurant, Quel che c’è laboratorio Di Cucina, is located near the Rome Opera House. Tips: - The menu changes daily. - You need to approach the counter to place your order; the staff won’t come to your table. - Two people can’t order just one dish. - There are only a few tables, so expect a wait during peak hours, and you might have to share a table when it’s busy. #RomanDelights #ItalianTravel #RomeRestaurantRecommendations
