Rome — A Surprisingly Delicious Restaurant 🍴

🌟 Vladimiro Ristorante 🌟I was originally planning to skip dinner, but I couldn't resist stopping by this highly-rated restaurant when I passed by. 🌟The restaurant gave us a complimentary plate of bread with tomato sauce - the taste was excellent. The tomato flavor was rich without being overly sour, complemented by the aroma of olive oil and the crispiness of the bread, creating an overall great texture. 🌟Seafood Platter - Generous and lavish, the sauce was thick and although based on tomato, it did not overshadow the aroma of the seafood. 🌟Main Course 1: Braised Beef - Extremely tender!! It literally melts in your mouth. The freshness of the beef itself perfectly blends with the sauce, which is quite impressive! 🌟Main Course 2: Swordfish Pasta - Yes, the one with the pointed snout. A very unique dish, I've never had it before and found it quite novel! The texture and flavor of the swordfish are special; it's not as soft as regular fish but quite firm, somewhat similar to shrimp but without the elasticity. In terms of taste, swordfish has its own unique aroma, not particularly fishy but with a distinct flavor. The pasta itself is equally excellent, with a rich and sweet sauce. 🌟Dessert: Tiramisu - A must-order! Really, a must!! The waiter will make the tiramisu right in front of you. Their cream is simply unparalleled, with a subtle fragrance and a smooth, velvety texture - the best creamiest tiramisu I've ever had. 🌟In the end, the waiter also treated us to a plate of small cakes, which was very friendly!! #Rome #RomanFood #MustEatInRome #Tiramisu
