ROOH Chicago โ Pretty Average ๐
Didnโt feel worth the $50โ100 per person price โ neither the decor nor the food stood out. Not that itโs bad, justโฆ ordinary. ๐ Sabudana Cutlet โ Little bites with a kick of spice. Potato coated with tiny sago crisps โ okay but not my thing flavor-wise. ๐ Lamb Shank Nihari โ Tender but too salty for me โ could be a personal preference thing. ๐ Butter Chicken โ Big heavy pieces of chicken, not very flavorful. Honestly, the butter chicken at Cumin near Damen Blue Line is better โ and thatโs only around $30 per person. ๐ง Butter/Garlic Naan โ Tastyโฆ but is it even possible to mess up naan? ๐ ๐ธ Queen of Spice cocktail was a nice surprise โ subtle spice notes, not overpowering. Pretty good! #ChicagoEats #ROOH #IndianFood #NotImpressed #Overpriced #HonestReview #CocktailWins ๐๏ธ
