Salted Mill – A Tasty Stop While Wine Tasting in Walla Walla 🍷✨

With 239 reviews and a solid 5-star rating on Google Maps, how could we not give Salted Mill a try? 🌟 Located just a block from downtown Walla Walla, it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the winery area. The restaurant shares a beautiful red-brick building with Seven Hills Winery, and the interior is thoughtfully designed with several distinct dining areas—each with its own unique vibe. 🧱🍽️ The service was exceptional—attentive and polished, with the staff changing plates and cutlery for each course (starter, salad, main, and dessert). That’s a level of detail you don’t always see, even in some fine dining spots! Food-wise, the starters and salads were fresh and flavorful, with quality ingredients shining through. The main courses and desserts, however, were just okay—some sauces had a slightly bitter note that didn’t quite suit our taste. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with reasonable prices. It’s easy to see why it has all those 5-star reviews! 👍 Have you been to Salted Mill or visited Walla Walla for wine tasting? What’s your favorite spot in the area?
