🧡La Casita Blanca: When we arrived at this island-style restaurant in San Juan at 10:15 in the morning, the line had already stretched around the corner! 🍝Seeing at least thirty people ahead of us, we were hesitating whether to give up when the gentleman in front turned and reassured us, "I come here every week—waiting half an hour is absolutely worth it!" ✏️True to his word, once the doors opened at 11:00, the line moved quickly, and in less than twenty minutes we were seated in the breezy courtyard. 🍚The complimentary banana soup served at every table was unique—a warm coconut milk base with simmered plantain chunks, surprisingly topped with crispy fried banana slices for added texture. 🍺The main course, coconut shrimp toast, was truly spectacular—succulent shrimp coated in fresh coconut flakes and fried to a golden crisp, perfectly balanced by a tangy mango chili sauce. 🥨 We'd recommend eager visitors to arrive earlier or avoid weekend peaks for a better experience. #SanJuan #BananaSoup #IslandRestaurant
