San Juan's : Where Flavor Meets Presentation

💎Today I want to talk about one of my absolute favorite restaurants—Zajorí Gastro Show! Their creative take on Puerto Rican fusion cuisine is absolutely amazing, and the service is pretty great too! 🍛 I have to give a huge shoutout to their Mamposteao (a classic Puerto Rican fried rice). The rice is perfectly separated, and the ingredients are incredibly generous! ✅The steak with mashed potatoes and local root vegetables is also exceptional—drizzling their special chili sauce over it instantly elevates the flavors. My friend ordered the salmon, and the presentation was so exquisite—every dish is like a work of art! 🍹 The mimosa cocktails and coffee were both delicious and paired perfectly with the food. The bartenders are skilled, though the service can be a bit slow at times… 🎵 The interior design is super stylish, with great acoustics—you can actually hear your friends talking without shouting.
