San Juan Café Pierre Experience

🌈This café is located on a street corner, with about seven or eight shaded outdoor seats at Café Pierre. which happened to be a good time to avoid the crowd. 🥣The server noticed it was our first visit and proactively introduced the day's specials. Following their recommendation, we ordered a sandwich. 💛The crust was crispy, the fish inside was tender and not dry, and the paired salad was refreshing. The fried eggs in the breakfast set were cooked just right, and the bacon was crispy without being burnt. 🥨The coffee martini was smooth, with a well-balanced bitterness and sweetness. We noticed Pablo's skillful technique when mixing drinks, measuring each ingredient precisely. The prices are moderate for the area, and it's advisable to make a reservation in advance. 🍺Before leaving, we saw a regulars' message board hanging at the bar, with many thank-you notes from frequent customers.
