Seafood Restaurant with Uni Pasta 🍜
I’ve been to so many seafood restaurants, and honestly, if the ingredients are fresh, the dishes are bound to be good. Italian seafood cooking is pretty straightforward—mostly grilling, steaming, raw, or frying, with minimal seasoning. A little salt or pepper is usually all you need. The variety of dishes isn’t extensive either.✨ But the uni pasta at this place was a delightful surprise—quite rare! The pasta was cooked al dente and topped with fresh uni, perfect for those who prefer a light and delicate flavor. 🦀 The salmon tower, red shrimp, and grilled seafood platter were all pretty good too. Special shoutout to the desserts—they were a hit with us sweet-toothed folks! The tiramisu and chocolate mousse were both delicious. 🍰 Ristorante Molo 29 #food #Italy #Rome #RomeFoodie #HiddenGemRestaurants #PrivateSpot #Uni #RestaurantRecommendations #ShopHopping #Seafood
