Treasure Trove of Fresh Korean Cuisine with Stretchy Cheese 🧀 Recently, I’ve visited Bellevue Factoria’s this new traditional fusion Korean family restaurant multiple times in a row. 🔥 Located near Bellevue store Even on weeknights, the dinner crowd is packed. The portions are small, but the variety is diverse, and the presentation is stunning, instantly putting you in a good mood. And~ 🧀 If you love stretchy cheese, you must come and try theirs❗️ 🍛 【Kimchi Fried Rice w Cheese】 Cheese Kimchi Fried Rice Stretchy cheese + kimchi fried rice + runny egg is a perfect match. 🥘 【Cheese Tteokbokki】 Cheese Rice Cake Pot It also comes with fish tofu + tempura shrimp + fried dumplings + spring rolls. The cheese can be stretched too, and the sauce is rich and creamy, perfect with rice 🍚 🫓 【Kimchi Cheese Pancake】 Cheese Kimchi Pancake Though the portion is not large, the pancake is slightly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. 🧋【Sikyhe】 Korean Sweet Rice Drink Delicious! I always get one to go after eating. The non-alcoholic sweet rice drink is rich and not overly sweet, with chewy rice bits. 🍲 【Galbijjim】 Braised Beef Pot The beef is tender and flavorful, with a great ratio of beef to tendon, and it’s great with rice. 🍗 【Fried Chicken Half & Half】 Their fried chicken is honestly just average, not very memorable. There’s no need to come specifically for it. #FoodDiary #MyFoodJournal #WeekendDiningExploration #FoodExploration #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleDiningExploration #SeattleRestaurants #BabyFood #USA #AmericanLife #MilkTeaReviews #WhereToGoOnWeekends #Food #KoreanCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurants #DiningOut #BayAreaFood #UniversityOfWashington #UW #KoreanFood #CheckIn #100RestaurantsChallenge #Brunch #TreasureRestaurantShare
