So Classic & Elegant! ✨ A Wonderful Stay with One Tiny Hiccup

We had a truly delightful experience during our recent stay! 💖 While our trip was nearly perfect, there was one small adventure along the way, but the hotel's handling of it was so impressive that it absolutely secured their five-star rating! 🌟 Let's start with the highlights – because there were so many! 🤩 📍 PHENOMENAL Location! The location on Michigan Avenue is simply unbeatable! We were just a short, lovely stroll away from the magnificent Buckingham Fountain ⛲️ and right in the heart of all the city's energy. It was perfect for exploring everything Chicago has to offer! 🛏️ Beautiful Rooms & Stunning Spaces Our room was gorgeous – spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. It was a perfect cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. 🏙️ The lobby bar was equally impressive; so sophisticated and the ideal spot for a classy evening cocktail. 🍸 🍻 The Fabulous Irish Pub! And we have to give a special shout-out to Kitty O'Shea's Irish Pub right inside the hotel! 🍀 The atmosphere was so lively, fun, and authentically charming. It was the perfect place to unwind with a pint and some great conversation! 🍺 Now, for our little "adventure"... 🔒 Midway through our stay, the in-room safe decided to take an unexpected vacation and stopped working! 😅 We contacted the front desk, and while their engineering team couldn't quite revive it, their customer service team jumped into action! They kindly offered us two fantastic solutions: either move to a brand new room (which we appreciated but didn't want the hassle of packing and moving) or to securely use the safe deposit boxes at the front desk. We opted for the latter. But here’s what truly made the experience five-star... they didn't just offer a solution. To sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, they generously awarded us bonus Honor Points! 🎉 We were so pleasantly surprised and genuinely satisfied with how they turned a minor situation into a demonstration of their commitment to guest happiness. So, final verdict? A resounding FIVE-STAY stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s not about whether minor issues arise – it’s about how a hotel handles them.
