South Carolina 🎞️ | Charleston Photo Spots Guide 📸

My first time in Charleston, SC ~ super chill and not too crowded with tourists—definitely coming back! 📸 The Battery Some roads were under construction when I visited, but the oak trees are still gorgeous ~ nearby Murray Blvd feels so much like California! And you can catch lovely sea views here 🥰 📸 Rainbow Row A popular photo spot, but honestly not the easiest to photograph 😅 Some angles are pretty ~ though it didn’t feel that different from streets in other cities… 📸 Pineapple Fountain Another popular spot 🍍 Fun fact: the pineapple symbolizes hospitality, not ’cause they grow here (kinda disappointing 🥹) 📸 Waterfront Park Pier So relaxing to swing by the sea breeze 🥰 But watch out for birds and strangers… You can snap pics of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge from here (like p6!) 🌉 📸 Isle of Palms Beautiful wetlands + white sand! A bit too windy though, so we didn’t stay long. Next time—bring my own chair! 🏖️ 📸 Harborside East | Near Charleston Wanted to watch the sunset near USS Yorktown CV-10 (drove over from Isle of Palms) but got blocked by a big ship 🥹 Still, nice views of the bridge! 📸 The Postal Museum As a postcard lover, I had to stop by ~ it’s super small, just one room. I’d recommend the Postal Museum in DC instead! The post office next door didn’t have special postmarks (at least not on the ones I sent 🤪) 🎑 Charleston City Market Felt like the artsy, handmade version of Boston’s Quincy Market. Found cute & affordable postcards here, but the backs were blank 🥹 Paper’s a bit thin too. 📸 Angel Oak Tree A bit of a drive—about 30 mins from the city. Totally worth it though! This massive oak tree is stunning 🥰 Hard to capture its grandeur (my skills are limited 📷). #Charleston #SouthCarolina #TravelGuide #PhotoSpots #PineappleFountain #AngelOak #IsleOfPalms #RainbowRow #SoloTravel #ExploreSC #Wanderlust
