Still craving more from last visit, so I came back to Maxwells Trading this week! π₯© 18oz Strip Steak β Cooked perfectly β tender, not dry. Served with lettuce and arugula, plus seasoning to mix in β a fun Korean-style steak wrap vibe. π Grilled Eggplant with Mint β Soft, smoky eggplant brightened with mint β refreshing and not oily. Paired with scallion pancakes (more like scallion pita) for dipping. π§ Onion Dip with Scallion & Truffle Oil β Creamy, savory, perfect with those βpancakes.β π Rice Pudding Dessert β Crispy purple rice topped with mango-coconut foam β sweet but not overwhelming. Chatted with the chef β he said theyβre working on crispy rice crust for the clay pot rice next time.
