While heading to Monterey for a trip, we randomly picked an Italian restaurant—and it turned out to be a spot for handcrafted pizza & pasta! The place is small but feels authentically charming 😂. It’s right near Monterey, so if you don’t want to wait in long lines at restaurants in Monterey, this is a great alternative to try～ 👉 Spaghetti Carbonara I absolutely loved this! Since I haven’t had much carbonara before, I was really looking forward to it. When it arrived, there was a whole egg yolk on top 🍳, and the server helps mix it in. A must-remember: specify that you want the El Dante pasta‼️ The buttery flavor combined with the egg yolk creates an incredibly rich and layered taste. Though it does get a tiny bit cloying towards the end. 👉 Burrata Prosciutto It’s simple yet delightful: quality prosciutto paired with creamy burrata cheese.
