Appetizers: Beef Tartar with Truffle The raw beef is paired with black truffle, offering a smooth and incredibly tender texture. Recommendation Index: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Course: Carbonara The pasta is topped with pork bits that are not greasy at all, but rather crispy and delicious. Recommendation Index: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Second Course: Costoletta d’Agnello For those who dislike the strong flavor of lamb, this dish is a great choice, very tender, and paired with refreshing asparagus. Recommendation Index: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oysters ❌ The menu offers a variety of oyster flavors to choose from. We selected the most standard option of 6 for 35 euros, served with 6 different dipping sauces. None of the flavors were particularly appealing, so not recommended. Service is exceptionally good, with every staff member being warm and patient in communication. Average cost per person is 50-60 euros (including drinks). The staff gifted us with a wine that was incredibly delicious, much better than what we ordered ourselves! The wine was called moscato.
