📍 Signature Wellington Steak – $125 Cooked medium rare, wrapped with spinach, foie gras, and flaky pastry 🥟✨. Delicious and rich, though the sauce was a bit salty. A solid — and filling — choice! 🦪 Oysters Can’t compare much since I don’t eat oysters often, but these were tasty 😋. Maybe not the biggest (could be seasonal), but fresh and enjoyable. 🐚 Seared Scallops SO good — incredibly tender, thick, and juicy!
