Tasmania Travel – Cascade Brewery in Hobart

My first day in TAS got totally owned by Hobart’s icy wind 🥶❄️ So I decided to warm up with a visit to the historic Cascade Brewery! 🚍 Non-drivers, note: check the bus schedule! Public transport in TAS runs infrequently. 📍 Address: 131 Cascade Rd, South Hobart TAS 7004 I arrived around 6 PM and went straight for a beer tasting — when in Hobart, right? 🍻 🍺 Brewery Fresh Beer – Cascade Export Stout Smooth, not bitter at all — ends with a sweet aftertaste and a hint of coffee ☕️ Even as a non-beer person, I could tell this was high-quality stuff! 👌 🎯 Cascade Tasting Paddle A flight of four signature beers (including the stout above — don’t double-order!) Each one was uniquely smooth and slightly sweet — left me happily buzzed 🥴💫 🎲 They even had Bingo night!
