The Beauty and Ugliness of Kyoto π―
This is my third time visiting Kyoto, and I've had quite a good impression in the past. πΈπΊπΏπ The Kamo River is well-maintained and perfect for strolls. The Kinkaku-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, and HΕΕdΕ are indeed impressive and well worth a visit. πΈπΊπΏπ The walls of the Nijo Castle also possess a certain ethereal beauty. πΈ However, today I'd like to note some of its shortcomings, πΈπΊπΏπ which are my personal opinions, so please don't criticize if you disagree! πΏ As for the Karamon Gate at Nijo Castle, how to put it... the design is peculiar, with awkward proportions, πΈπΊπΏπ and the color decorations are rigid, making it a failed design in my view. πΊπ #Kyoto
