This was, without a doubt, our favorite hotel experience ever! Every single staff member we encountered β no matter where we were in the hotel β was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us warmly every time we came and went, and what truly stood out was that they even acknowledged our two teenagers with genuine kindness β something we donβt often see at other hotels! π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦π Our room was spotlessly clean and serviced daily π§Όβ¨. After long days exploring the city, coming back to a freshly made bed and a tidy space felt absolutely amazing ποΈπ. The staff was always quick to respond and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed β whether it was local recommendations, extra towels, or help with directions πΊοΈπ§΄. Location-wise, this hotel was perfect for our first trip to Chicago β we could walk almost everywhere! From museums and parks to restaurants and shopping, everything felt within reach πΆββοΈπ½οΈποΈ. We will 100% be staying here again on our next visit to Chicago.
