It's widely regarded as the best hotel in Chicago — and for good reason! 💯❤️ Now, let’s keep it real — the property isn’t new. But let’s be honest: most hotels in Chicago are historic, and honestly, across the U.S., many properties are older and run with that classic “American spirit” of maximizing value and charm for as long as possible 🏛️🇺🇸. But that doesn’t take away from the experience — you still need a great place to stay, and the Four Seasons continues to deliver exactly that. We’ve tried others — The Peninsula and The Ritz — and they just don’t compare. The service, attention to detail, and overall ambiance here are simply a cut above the rest 🥂✨. That said, a little feedback: They could train a few more new staff members to keep up with peak times and maintain that flawless service standard 👥📚 It would be great to see more variety in the lobby restaurant menu — maybe some seasonal or local-inspired dishes! 🍽️🌿 But even with these small notes — this hotel remains our top choice in Chicago.
