The Best Meal in Rome ‼️ A Pasta Spot with a Long Line Outside
A wonderful surprise meal near the Colosseum! This restaurant is said to have been visited by celebrities—its seafood is incredibly fresh, a total delight for shrimp lovers! We ordered two types of shrimp pasta in one go, and they turned out to have completely different flavors, each delicious in its own way~ Highly recommend 3 dishes! - Octopus Carpaccio (Cold Octopus Slices) 🐙 A pleasant surprise! Unlike the large grilled octopus pieces I’ve had before, this is a cold dish. Thin, translucent octopus slices cover the plate in a circle, drizzled with olive oil and Italian balsamic vinegar, with a hint of garlic aroma and the sweet freshness of cherry tomatoes. The octopus meat is tender and delicate~ - Seafood Tomato Shrimp Pasta 🍅🍤 With a red sauce base, the sweet and sour taste of tomatoes blends perfectly with the umami of seafood. The shrimp are super bouncy, and the pasta is the chewy thin type that holds just the right amount of sauce! - Creamy Nut Shrimp Pasta 🥛🥜 It follows a rich creamy milk flavor profile, with crushed nuts adding several layers of richness. Surprisingly, it doesn’t taste greasy at all! One pasta is mellow, the other is fresh and savory—both are amazing! Recommended additional menu items: - Grilled Prawn Platter 🔥 It has a casual street food vibe— the aroma of charred prawn shells hits you right away. Paired with lettuce and cherry tomatoes, it’s also very refreshing~ - Salami Pizza 🧀 Consistently good quality. - Tiramisu 🍰 It’s really hard to go wrong with this one hhhh 📍 Address: Iari The Vino, Via Frangipane, 27, 00184 Roma #Food #ItalianCuisine #RomeFood #FoodNearColosseum #ColosseumFood #RomeColosseumFood #StudentFoodReview #RestaurantsToReturnTo
