The Best Mexican Food in Chicago: La Josie ๐ŸŒฎ

This restaurant is, hands down, the most delicious Mexican cuisine Iโ€™ve tried in Chicago so far. (Be sure to swipe to the last photo to see the menu! ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿ˜‰) Located in Chicagoโ€™s West Loop, La Josie brings together authentic Mexican flavors and a modern, vibrant atmosphere. ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ๐Ÿ™๏ธ Today we ordered: ๐Ÿฆ Lemon-Marinated Shrimp Ceviche โ€” Fresh shrimp mixed with avocado and pickled veggies, perfectly tangy and subtly spicy, with a sweet, fresh seafood finish. Even as someone who usually avoids spicy food, I was blown away! ๐Ÿฅฉ Steak & Beef Rib Tacos โ€” High-quality beef cooked to well-done yet still incredibly tender and juicy, bursting with savory flavor. ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Authentic Mexican meals come with complimentary tortilla chips โ€” two kinds were served, each paired with refreshing, non-greasy dips. Three dishes were more than enough for two people โ€” we left totally satisfied! Our server was wonderful too โ€” she gave great recommendations and even helped translate some Spanish terms on the menu for us. ๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ The menu offers a wide variety of Mexican snacks, salads, soups, tortillas, nachos, seafood, meat, and vegetarian options, plus an impressive selection of margaritas and other cocktails. ๐Ÿน๐Ÿฅ—๐ŸŒฝ #Chicago #ChicagoEats #ChicagoFood #ChicagoLife #ExploreChicago #MexicanFood
