The Call of Wagyu 🥩
This 14-course omakase tasting menu was absolutely breathtaking! Dishes like foie gras, seafood, and bone marrow consommé complemented the meat courses in perfect harmony. Every plate showcased the chef's masterful skill and creative vision — and tasted incredible! 🍽️👨🍳 The menu featured a beautiful fusion of Japanese, Australian, and American Wagyu with Korean-inspired elements, along with striploin and my personal favorite — marinated galbi ribs. The quality of the Wagyu here rivals what we enjoyed in Kyoto, if not surpasses it 🥢🇯🇵❤️. We also shared the wine pairing, which began with a generous pour of Bollinger Champagne 🥂. The couple next to us raved about the higher-tier wine pairing. While the pours were modest, each selection was exquisite.
