The Full Experience at El Vagon Food Truck
馃搷Vag贸n Santurce 馃挍While wandering through a residential area of San Juan, we stumbled upon this food truck spot. The place was filled with locals chatting over beers, and we were the only tourists鈥攊mmediately we knew we'd found the real deal. 馃嵑We have to rave about their ceviche鈥攖he portion was incredibly generous, the fish fresh and firm, marinated in lime juice to perfection. 馃寛The tacos were made with freshly grilled tortillas, and the beef filling, stewed in a secret sauce, was so flavorful that with every bite, the juices dripped down to our wrists! 馃崳The nachos might seem simple, but the salsa was clearly homemade, with chunks of tomato still visible. Though it's just a food truck, everything was kept spotlessly clean.
