Cocktail bar Valedor has partnered with James Beard Award-winning chef Mindy Segal for a limited-time chocolate collaboration this fall, which launched in October. Introducing Mindy’s After Dark ---------------------------------- Valedor is located just steps away from Segal’s shop, Mindy’s Bakery. Together, they are presenting “Mindy’s After Dark,” a rotating seasonal menu featuring one specially crafted cocktail and one decadent dessert, each using Mindy’s famous chocolate blends. Current offerings include Dulce Chispa (“Sweet Spark”), a twist on Mindy’s Mexican hot chocolate with Courvoisier, served in a traditional *jarrito de barro* mug and topped with perfectly toasted meringue.
