Looking around, almost every table ordered it. A huge piece, as soft as a cloud☁️. When you tear it apart, you can see the delicate texture. There’s no weird baking powder taste at all, and the sweetness is just right—not cloying. I fell in love with it in one bite, definitely give the chef a big thumbs up👍! 🦐Crispy Shrimp Tofu Skin Rolls｜Decent but Not Disappointing The outer skin is golden and crispy, wrapped with plenty of shrimp and vegetables inside. The texture is rich, and it’s super refreshing with sweet and spicy sauce. The portion is generous, perfect for sharing between two people～ 🥟Signature Siu Mai｜Surprisingly Big Size Each one is round and plump, with a super big size. When you bite into it, it’s full of fresh meat filling, juicy and tender👏! The only minor regret is that there’s not much shrimp, but the overall taste is still amazing—it’s still a must-order dim sum! Two of us ate until we were stuffed, and it was only $52 including tips💰. With the prices in the Bay Area, you really can’t find another restaurant with such quality and portion. The service, food quality and environment are all good.
