❤️ Sea Urchin Sushi The orange sea urchin flown in from Hokkaido is the ultimate delicacy. There's no need for any additional seasoning; it's so delicious it brought tears to my eyes. The sweetness hits the heart instantly, and I've never tasted such sweet sea urchin in my life! ❤️ Sweet Shrimp Nigiri The finest quality sweet shrimp, airlifted from Japan, feels as if it's still alive in my mouth. It's incredibly delicate, bouncy, and soft. It deserves the best adjectives in the world! My friends all wanted to order more of these (unfortunately, they were out of stock). ❤️ There are also many types of fish with white and pinkish hues, whose names I can't recall. Simply paired with a touch of soy sauce and a sprinkle of lemon, they are incredibly tasty, deeply satisfying, and full of strong flavor layers, making it a true feast for the taste buds! Drawbacks: The sardine wasn't to my taste; if the fish isn't good to begin with, nothing can really mask its taste. The otoro (fatty tuna belly) was average, and the overall quality of the tuna could use some improvement.
