I have to say — the Royal Sonesta River North was absolutely incredible and felt more like a home away from home than just a hotel. It’s like a tight-knit community where all the staff and guests seem to know each other! 👥✨ From the moment we walked in, the warmth and personal touch were evident: Gabby at the front desk was not just helpful — she was wonderful, thoughtful, and went above and beyond! 🧡 Shaunda, our local guide, was full of energy, humor, and gave us the best insider recommendations for exploring Chicago! 🗺️😂 Antwonne, the bellman, was fantastic — his service and positive attitude set the tone for our whole stay! 🧳🎩 Every detail was perfectly executed. A special shout-out to Jessenia from housekeeping — her attention to detail in cleaning and organizing our room was impressive! 🧼🛏️✨ And speaking of the room — it was flawless! We were kindly upgraded to a luxurious suite, which was stunning (I made sure to use that bathtub as much as possible! 🛁💫).
