The Ramen Restaurant in Chicago--Gyuro Ramen
1️⃣ Signature Gyukotsu 🍜: The restaurant's signature dish features a rich, creamy beef broth. You can choose from beef char siu, wagyu plate腱, or medium-rare filet mignon. It also includes a truffle-flavored wagyu dumpling that's so delicious we ordered an extra portion (the chili oil has a distinctly Chinese flavor). 2️⃣ Kamo Shio 🍜: The duck breast noodle soup is made with a creamy duck broth, which is slightly less impressive than the beef but still very good. 3️⃣ Dog Rice 🍱: This is a dish that no man could resist: it's incredibly rich in ingredients!! The beef ribs are so tender they fall off the bone at the slightest touch, and the beef char siu and beef chunks are very fragrant. It also comes with a whole soft-boiled egg with a runny yolk, roasted garlic, wood ear mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. The accompanying mushroom soup also has a strong creamy flavor. 4️⃣ Cat Rice 🍱: This bowl is filled with slightly spicy and savory tuna chunks and salty-sweet crispy seaweed! It's also enhanced with truffle oil for added aroma. This dish, like the Kani Don with spicy crab meat, may not have a wide variety of ingredients, but it's very tasty. 5️⃣ Mushroom Mignon Heaven 🍱: The medium-rare veal and creamy mushrooms are a perfect match!
